With one drone Map ?

Not at the moment.
This would be either an unsupervised or supervised spectral classification.
QGIS would be my starting point for now.

This has been one of the holy grails in forest remote sensing. A comprehensive review of techniques is found in Fassnacht etal 2016…Saijin_Naib is correct with spectral classification but in the temperate regions seasonal timing of the imagery can have wide ranging effects to image classification. Do you have a specific set of species in mind?
