Forest Application with Micasense Altum

Hi everybody, I am new to WebODM and trying to get results from a sample flight over a forest using the Micasense Altum. I have prepared the first 10 sets of pictures (RGB, NIR, RedEdge, Thermal) in a folder and uploaded it. I assume that I do not have any sidelap since it is the set of the first ten shots. Front lap was set to 75%. I am getting an error message and do not know how to tweak the setup for proper results. It would be great if somebody coul dhave a look at the output txt and maybe my sample data set available here:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1iD4W5TFCQ8U_lqGpdtxxiIzbzdA-40K-?usp=sharing

Thanks in advance.

You’re going to have a very difficult time getting reconstruction without sidelap.

You should either process the full set, or make a spatially-constrained subset of the images to test with, not going by file/name order.

Thanks Saijin_Naib! I will take that into account. My solution now was to delete the thermal images from the set. Now it’s working with the standard multispectral settings. Is there any way to process all Micasense Altum data (including thermal) in parallel? Or do I have to merge the thermal files seperately?

Best regards,
David
