Fedora and nvidia docker2

Hi lovely people, I want to use webodm --gpu on my fedora computer. I dont seem to get my head around the installation of nvidia docker2 and nvidia container toolkit on fedora 36. There is no installation instruction for fedora on Installation Guide — NVIDIA Cloud Native Technologies documentation
I humbly seek your expertise to solve this.

Have you searched your package manager repositories to check if there is even an installation target for the required packages?

I had the same problem on Pop!_OS. See my answer here on how to install it on a Linux distribution that is not supported by the NVIDIA container toolkit. In my answer, I gave the example for Pop!_OS, but I presume that will also work on Fedora!

Pop!_OS

Because the nvidia-container-toolkit is only supported by a couple of distribution (see this page), you have some manipulations to do to be able to install it on Pop!_OS. You can also find them here:

vi /etc/apt/preferences.d/nvidia-docker-pin-1002
with content;
Package: *
Pin: origin nvidia.github.io
Pin-Priority: 1002

sudo apt-get install -y nvidia-docker2
sudo systemctl restart docker
sudo docker run --rm --gpus all nvidia/cuda:11.0-base nvidia-smi
