Failed process

Hi everyone!
I uploaded some thermal images from my H20T and I got an emailing telling me that the process has failed with the following error.

HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘spark1.webodm.net’, port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=5)

Can anyone help with what this means? Is it a problem with images or with some setting?

Appreciate any feedback!

The network couldn’t read the output log (it’s a bug we need to fix); but the task failed for some reason (likely a problem with the input images). Do you have access to the task log?

Not sure, where would I find that? Sorry this is my first time using this app.
Thank you.

If you processed the task with the Desktop App, this is under the task details:

If you uploaded the images via the Web UI, then never mind, it’s gone by now.

Hi again, so I did it with the desktop edition, do you need the whole text file or just a part of it? I tried to attach the console.txt file but it says it isn’t allowed.

The last 20-30 lines should do.

LOL, I made a pdf and it won’t let me attach it because I’m a new user…

Here is the last bit…

Overview building failed.

Mm, seems like a problem related to building overviews. Try to omit the --build-overviews flag as a workaround.

I also have a fix for this about to be merged: Build internal overviews by pierotofy · Pull Request #1286 · OpenDroneMap/ODM · GitHub

Once the fix is in, we’ll update the nodes on webodm.net so that this error doesn’t happen again.

Hi again, so I took off the overviews build and now it is giving me an out of memory error, which it has never done before, not sure if there is something else I’m doing wrong but…

Add more RAM to your computer, if you’re using docker configure it to use more memory, for WSL2 make use of .wslconfig (Advanced settings configuration in WSL | Microsoft Learn), resize your images, lower the quality settings or process the images using a cloud provider (e.g. https://webodm.net).
