I’m trying to make a rerun to complete a 2D mosaic, Does Rerun use credits ?

If you’re using Lightning to process the dataset, yes!

If you’re processing locally, no.

OK then, If we install WEBODM locally with the Windows installer
Will it run on a Windows Server 2012 R2 OS ?

Should, provided it is fully patched and up to date, as that should be equivalent to Windows 8.1, which is still supported.
