Does It Take Hours to Load ODM, NodeODM, and WebODM using Git Bash, Docker, and Python?

Using the manual I purchased, “Open Drone, The Missing Guide”, I am loading the software for ODM, NodeODM, and WebODM using Docker, Python, and Get Bash per instructions. Everything seems to be working, but my computer (windows 10 home, 16 GB Ram, 200 GB of open disc space, i7 processor, ssd drive) is still working to load the software - for almost 24 hours now. It seems to be loading lots of PIDs - Product or Process IDs - it has loaded over 150 of the PIDS so far.

Does it regularly take over 24 hours to laod the software?

Please advise.
