as a relative novice I have a question:
I have flown a mission over a plot of land with different heights, and I have used my EMlid Reach RS2+ to make several Ground Control Points. after processing this mission, with the GCP’s, in my computer I had a difference in the Z-axis between my GCP’s from the EMlid reach RS2+ and WebODM. It was not the same difference at every gcp, but it was a variety of different heights.
Can anyone tell me how this is possible ? And can anyone tell me how to adjust this ?
