Cannot upload picture in program webODM

3. Did you fine tune any parameters? Which ones?
4. If applicable, what browser are you using? What operating system? How did you install the software? Be precise.
5. DO NOT address your message to the moderator, a core developer, or any other specific user. The forum is a place where everyone can help answer questions, not just one particular user! Be inclusive of everyone.
6. DO NOT reply to a topic that is several months old (unless you are posting the answer to a solution). Open a new topic instead.

If you purchased the WebODM Installer, you need to use WebODM Manager, not WebODM Lightning to process images locally. If you use WebODM Lightning you’re using a paid cloud service and you will need to refill it with credits. Use WebODM Manager to launch WebODM. You’ll be able to process images then. Sorry if this is confusing.

I’ve issued you a refund for the duplicate purchase. Please do not buy the installer again! If you need credits for Lightning, you can purchase them from Drone & UAV Mapping Software | WebODM.
