Hmmm, degenerate hyperplanes, see the thread where I was able to get around that problem by removing GPS info from EXIF

Yep, processes just fine without GPS EXIF…

Confused as to what exactly is problematic here… Swapped the sign of the negative elevation values, that didn’t help, assigned elevation from ASTER DEM, that didn’t help… Really odd.

No Geolocation EXIF, default processing settings. The data is really, really well-captured.

Is there maybe an issue with camera positions that end up being colocated?

There are overlaps due to the circling flight, starting position to end position are approx. 15 photos which overlap.
Never had problems like this before. I’ve certainly measured 300 or more roofs in this way, but WebODM has never failed.

Yeah, like I said, you did a phenomenal job with the data capture… Something else is odd and I can’t figure it out yet.

Are you okay with this dataset being shared with the developer, Piero, for the purposes of troubleshooting this issue further?

Of course this is fine. I think we all get something out of it. In the meantime I was also able to calculate the project. I removed the GPS data from every 6th picture and the calculation was done without any problems.
