Can you process an existing Orthophoto with a new set of images?

So I want to extend the bounds of a current project I am working on. Instead of re-processing my first part of the data set, can I just process the new images with the previous Ortho to combine them?
So basically doing a batch processing job without doing a batch processing job if that makes sense.
