Can not get my GCPs to work

Hi, hope somebody could help me. New to WEBODM.

I have tried to process some missions and find the results very good. The problem I have is that the EXIF info returns negative values [below sea level and 50-100 meter from the correct height]. As I understand its a DJI problem. I fly the Phantom 4 Pro.

So to solve my problems I tried to add 4 GCPs. I saved them in gcp_list but it does not seem to work. I have tried 2 different lists. Can somebody tell me if the lists are okey - and if so, what could be the problem that WEBODM does not accept my GCPS. The images is saved JPG not jpg. (I have not tired to process the mission with jpg).

Maybe I found the problem, I do not understand why but atleast why its not working.

Error in Georef:
Fewer than 3 GCPs have correspondences in the generated model.
[ERROR] Georeferencing failed.

So I will add a couple of more GCPs and see if it works.

Perhaps try also adding the same GCP point, but referenced to at least 3 images.
