1st pair of incremental reconstruction often fails - NO CONVERGENCE

Here we see these 2 images successfully matched with an abundance of matching features, which is not surprising as they cover mostly the same bit of land, only with the 2nd image rotated about 180 degrees.

However, about 21 hours later when the reconstruction starts, I see No convergence on a solution to stitch them together

I don’t understand why this happens, but I see the first pair of the reconstruction fail to converge reasonably often.
